RoR refused

Hi,
After 5 years of marriage with EEA partner, I got divorced and the marriage ended really bad. I applied for ROR. Got rejected cos I didn’t send my ex’s ID. My ex refused to give me ID(who has ILR now). Got a refusal letter from UKBA and was asked to do a re-application with proper documents. I don’t have ex’s id. What am I supposed to do?
