It's expired,
Now how shall I apply , my French wife of card is expire and she is in France, I need to go and pick her up...

If you have a residence card of family member of EU/EEA national and your partner is in that country, you don't need a visa to go there. You can use your RC for that. If you don't have residence card of family member of EU national, then you can apply for shengen visa but as a family member of EEA citizen. If you live near London, better to go to french consulate directly and that way you will get it within a week.
