EEA route or for fp. Please advise

Hi I am looking for some advice.
I am currently on first 2.5 years of flr fp partner route which was granted in February 2018.
My wife holds an Irish passport and is also entitled for British passport due to being northern Irish.
She has been on disability benefits for almost 8 years now DLA until 2018 and now getting PIP.
I am wondering if I am entitled to an EEA residence card or pre settled status etc?
Although she has never held a British passport but in my Flr fp application we declared her entitlement for British passport but sent an Irish passport with application.
Also can she be considered qualified person if she is on PIP?
I am confused if I am better off on FLR FP or EEA route ?
Any advice highly appreciated.

I would go the Settled Status route, as it's much more straightforward and as of tomorrow opens officially.
