I’m family member of eu national living in the UK for 3 years with resident card. My partner and I are planning to move to Spain next year, but we would keep coming back as we run a business here.
Is it possible for me as non eu family member apply for a second resident in Spain without losing the UK one? My partner is going to apply for his certificate of residency there as well

How do you want apply for resident card in any country if you are not reside in it ?

Plus what I think if your residence card expired while you are not living in UK and you are running business and thinking to come back sometimes I think you have two choices Innovator visa or a Start-up Visa depending on your business
