Hello i have got 6 month family visa and i want to travel to uk after a month and half. so my question is when i apply for 5 year visa 4 months will be enough for that and what documents i have to provide when i apply for that and how many days does it take.

i am indian and my wife is from EEA national and i got EEA family permit and want to apply for residency card so what all documents do i have to submit.

Yes i did. but couldn’t understand what documents i have to provide as they just said marriage certificate. Do i have to provide joint bank account details or joint rent agreement or bank balance or anything else. if you can guide me it will be really helpful

The link , already provided in December, states what documents you should provide. Have you made any effort to read the full link, particularly the 'documents you must provide' part??

Your question is about time length.
Yes 4 months or even less will be enough. Once you have submitted your application to the HO even with one week left on your current 6 months family visa and the HO takes another 6 months to reply, you will still be on the right and legal.
On that timeline case, your worry should be travelling or proving your rights in the UK after the 6 months stamp has expired e.g to a new employer or such applications while the HO is still processing your application, other than that 4 months is fine.

And I had CCJ coz of unpaid mobile bill but when i moved back to uk i already paid that. will it be affect to my application? Or do i Have to mention it?
I already got a letter from the court that i paid the full amount

And can someone help me how/what to write down in cover letter including CCj please.

Hello.. i know i am bothering you but i am a bit worried as i sent my application via post on 15th March and payment taken from my card on 22nd of march but i havent received any email or biomatric letter yet. so just want to know is it normal or should i contact to them?
Please if you can guide me something about it.

It is has only been 2 weeks since you posted and 6 working days since payment was taken!!!

Be patient, this is normal and biometric letters etc can take a couple of weeks.

Ok thank you coz it's almost 3 weeks when i sent the application and havent got any mail or letter from them
