Hi Everyone,
short background story - I arrived in 2011 to UK as student. Married in June 2014 with EU national, than divorced and applied for Retain Right of Residence. currently, I have Retain Right of Residence (BRP - Residence card from December 2018. I will complete my 5 years (June 2014 - June 2019) of EU family member (4 years as family member + retain right of residence = 5 years).
Q1. Can I apply for settle status now or i should wait till June 2019?
Q2. If they refuse settle status application do i go automatically back on my retain right of residence status?
Q3. Can I apply settlement scheme without my ex documents?

I am in a similar situation. I think PR what we should apply for , and no need for ex documents and we retained right.

But if someone with a greater knowledge can help will be amazing 😁

YOU CAN APPLY FOR Settled Status but in JUNE 2019 ... 5 years after marriage

yes you need residency proof for your EU national from marriage date - divorce finalised date
