Hello there,

Immigration timeline:

10 Years completed in October 2017 (legal)
Have been married to EU national for 6 years
EU dependent 5 year residence permit expiring in July 2019

Questions:
I want to apply for an ILR.

Should I apply on my own qualification i.e. 10 years of residence!?
Should I apply as an EU Dependent!?

As you are dependent (spouse?) of an EU citizen sponsor you have to apply for Settled Status NOT ILR. As a dependent.
