EEA2 vs Pre-settled status ( non-Eu family members )

Hey Guys
I already have been granted EEA2 visa but it is on old PP , and i am having difficulty applying for a job, now i want to apply for visa to transfer it to new PP . Which visa file shall i use??
I am non-Eu Spouse of Eu national who has been issued with PR status.
