ILR with a Drug Conviction

Hi. Sorry if all of this is pretty obvious, but I know nothing about immigration things.

My boss has just had his ILR status confirmed and he wants his daughter to apply. Unfortunately she has only just gotten back into the country after spending two years in jail for drug offences in Poland. As far as I could tell her ex was a dealer and he had kept some of his drugs at her house in Poland which the police found. Whilst she was in England she found out about the charges and decided to go back and face the music.

How does that affect her chances? Is it a definite no?

Thank you for your time

Hi sorry, my information on all of this is pretty limited. It's just from a conversation I had with him last night.

She's Polish and late 20s. I think she was here in the UK for a couple of years before the conviction, maybe 3

Her residence clock will likely start again from scratch.

She will likely get 'pre-settled' status.
