Please I need urgent help, my wife is non eea . We applied for her residence card twice refused and all appeal right exhausted. Can she apply for the settlement scheme? Please I need help

First refusal was treaty right and second refusal was invited for an interview, but couldn’t attend because she was unwell. Thanks

You can try with the sattlment scheme I think its possible to give try

Hi Obie
Me and my and my partner attended the appeal , which didn’t take upto 45 mins . The judge said he was going to give us a decision after 10 days . But decision came after 3months. The reason was because we were not able to attend the interview at the home office because my partner was unwell. My first refusal was treaty right and second was the interview. So when my lawyer sent an appeal , then the second application was refused shortly after . So the upper tribunal stated we only merged the the second refusal to the first appeal , and didn’t appeal the second refusal separately. So all right exhausted. We are thinking of new application or settlement scheme. Thanks

Very difficult to understand this. It makes no sense as the decisions were different.
