If she applied first and you apply after her decision would be much better for you

That means, she apply first, in April 2019, and after she get her decision I should apply,
And what about kids, my first is 4 year old, 1 year old, and
2 months old.. with French nationalities

The kids can apply also after mum applied and they will get the same statues same as mum but if you decide the kids apply same time with their mum they will ask to provide alot of evidence for them
And yes If your wife applied and got her status granted will be easy for you to apply and get quick decision aswell

Hello.
Mf wife will be back from france on 27.4.19, and most probably I apply on same day for her settle status.... I apply after her appliction approved..and then after both of us we apply for our 3 French kids whom are under 4 years of age.
My question for now is,
I have mine and her pay slips registered on my new address, where I moved in octber 2018,,, but some time our post come at our old address, letters can be from hrmc, about child benefits, or junk information,, her bank account is still at old address, because she has been out of UK for pregnancy.
My concern is this ok, when we apply for settle status, both of our pay slips showing our present address,,,
Also, she has been in UK working since April 2012, I have sorted all her pay slips, I got her all and some pay slips from 2012 to 2015, from 2016vto present I have got every thing.
2015 June to 2016, we have sorted out the gap with hrmc, my accountant dealt with it, ,,
Please also guide me if any thing else I need to do..
Should I also request 10 year work record for my wife from hrmc??
Cannot wait to get my permant residence
I am Pakistani national with non sea permit valid until march 2020.
Married under English law since June 2013.
Waiting for your update..
French wife also has blue registrations card issued by home office, in July 2012.

For your wife, you actually won't need any of the payslips. She will apply online, read her biometric data from her passport with an Android phone - and she will also give her NIN. The check goes automatically via the NIN, so 99% she won't need to provide anything else. At least, that was the case for my wife.
Now, for you, as none-EU - I'm not 100% what will happen, that really depends on your situation. After you apply, following the same path as your wife and providing her reference number to your application, if they have enough info, they may approve your status right away. But if not, they may request additional information, which in that case, the online app will provide a link with an explanation of what and how to upload additional info. (that page is available without applying)
