Please I need advice on how to bring my child to UK now I have PR. He is in a sorry situation as both parents not there with him.

I had him when I was much younger we did not marry. I and my parents were responsible for his upbringing from day one after his mum left. We took charge because he will be better looked after by my parents and I,as mum young not working.

Most likely yes, especially if the father is named on the childs birth certificate.

The post is confusing, but I believe the OP is the child's father. Unmarried...so also a DNA requirement to prove parentage
