Have PR Want Bring Non EEA child 15 year to UK

Please I need advice on how to bring my child to UK now I have PR. He is in a sorry situation as both parents not there with him.

I understand from your previous thread that you are non-EEA and are divorced from your EEA national spouse. Where is the other parent of your child :?:

I had him when I was much younger we did not marry. I and my parents were responsible for his upbringing from day one after his mum left. We took charge because he will be better looked after by my parents and I,as mum young not working.

You cannot sponsor your child under the EEA rules.

You would have to try the Child Settlement visa on form VAF4A and Appendix 1, it costs £1523 plus £1200 IHS fee and you will need substantial documentation.

Most likely yes, especially if the father is named on the childs birth certificate.

Most likely yes, especially if the father is named on the childs birth certificate.
The post is confusing, but I believe the OP is the child's father. Unmarried...so also a DNA requirement to prove parentage :?:
