My Husband applied for eea family permit visa in Nigeria, he was refused twice and i paid solicitor for the third time he was also refused. This time I appealed ( paper hearing) with all the evidence. Court sent me a letter that they have requested all the documents from the home office. Now home office have sent all the documents and they still sand the ground of refusal. Please have anyone pass through this process?

I was newly employed then, so when i got paid the first week, i printed the pay slip and my bank statement added it to other documents my husband submitted, so before his appointment date at the embassy I sent him more pay slips again because my salary is every week. Now he was refused visa because they said he provided more pay slips and one salary was paid into my account. But when i appealed I sent all the pay slips and bank statement which showed more of my salary in the bank statement.

Hi Loveme.
I am sorry to hear that.
Can you post the refusal letters to better understand the case?

Regards.

You need to provide more details.

An appeal doesn't always end-up with a visa. An appeal can either reverse or confirm the refusal.

Appeal is most of the times a pretty long process. In most cases it is easier and faster to rectify problems and apply again. Unless of course this is 100% mistake from HO

Please give us more details as you provide only piecemeal info with your posts

Sorry to hear about your husband's predicament.Which category did you apply for? I learnt With the Family permit under the settlement scheme you will not need a pay slip. You need just your reference number.I may be wrong. Some one pay shed more light on this.I wish you all the best of luck anyway.
