NON EEA Resident having a RC/Presettled status as a dependednt Parent

Hi All,
Can anyone please advise, as I have a EEA Residence card issued to me and my wife as a Dependent Parent of EEA National or its Spouse.
My son is Non-EEA National(on settled status) and his wife is EEA National (on settled status), and we are dependent on my son and his wife, hence why got a Residence card (Pre-Settled status).
Now I have 2 questions,
Do I have to maintain the dependency for the whole 5 years, until I got settled status, or if I can work in the UK or claim benefits in the UK durig the pre-settled status(My RC have no restrictions for woring in the UK)?
Can I sponsor my another daughter who is 13 years old and currently a Non EEA National, living outside the UK, with my other family member?
Can anyone please advise as I am struck and unable to find any of the above answers.
Thanks in advance.
