Hi

I have one query that if one person is in UK from last 8 years and got ILR last year. His wife entered in UK on Feb 2016 and applied for EEA residency card which she got in 2016. Can you tell me following?

1: If husband got British nationality then wife needs to show 3 years or 5 years for ILR ?
2: How many days wife can be outside UK ?

It is 5 years residence for ILR or settled status or PR.

There is no 3 year route to ILR.
