I need some inform for EU citizens trying to settle in UK . basically I have relatives from Sweden (full family with Swedish passport) they Wana settle in UK .what is procedure and how can they easily get settlement status

Right very simple let them arrive and start work doing insurance number..... and after few months apply for pre sattle status

Yes. Each member of the family needs to be resident in the UK for five years (with an absence from the UK of no more than six months in each year) in order to be able to apply for Settled Status (Settled Status is not automatic like PR, but needs to be applied for).
