Hi,

I am a non Eu family member. I retained my rights of residence and has the biometric. I want to apply for presettled status but couldn’t finish up the page of of application type online because I don’t know my ex address or if reference number. We are divorced so I don’t know her way about. I got my retained rights of residence through court. And has been issued with the biometric card. I have been in the uk for 6 years and few months. However, my marriage will be 5 years in August 2019. So I want to apply for presettled first atleast to enable travel comfortably for holidays outside the uk.. what do I ?

Has anyone applied for presettled or settled status through retained rights and without ex Id/docs or address. Will appreciate any advice

Thanks.

Pillar.

I just got my Settled Status as a non EU citizen divorced with a BRC. I just applied with my BRC and divorced certificate and home office letter confirming my retained right of residence and ex id not included and after 3 weeks i got my settled status. All the best of luck.

Hi Jon,

Please can you share with the forum how you went about this. Did you upload the documents you listed with the application or you waited for them to ask you.

Thanks
