We are nearly married for 4 years In Uk . I am just confused do I qualify for settlement status under Brexit or should I wait for the 5-years route .

Please note that regardless of what it says on the physical card, all EEA BRC will expire on December 31st 2020, as clearly stated here:
If you already have a residence card it will not be valid after 31 December 2020.
Then,
We are nearly married for 4 years In Uk .
You qualify only for Pre-Settled Status if you apply now. Or, you could wait and do nothing for now, and apply at around this time next year, when you complete the 5 years of marriage, and you will be eligible for Settled Status then. You can skip Pre-Settled Status, if you want. Nothing to worry about in your case since your BRC is still valid until after you complete the 5 years. Only make sure to apply well before December 2020.
