Do retained rights of residence apply to non-EU spouse of UK Citizens? (Surinder Singh)
Has anyone applied for EEA4 or settled status under retained rights of residence (divorced) under Surinder Singh?
Does the ex need to have been working in the UK since 2016?
If he hasn't does it mean I will be deported?
The application form seems to contradict itself. Any help would be appreciated.
