EEA settlement scheme family permits online application guide. Please help

Dear All
Please can you kindly help me. I am in the middle of filling an EU closed Family Permits online application for my dependent mother. I have done the application till the fee section (no fee required), but have not save and continue yet as then I could not edit the details. I am just wondering how to send my Certified copies of my Eea wife and my documents, p60, payslips etc from UK as she need to submit the application at her home country?
