Extended family permit for brother-in-law?

Hello!

I am a Spanish citizen with a pre-settled status in the UK. My husband (Albanian citizen) also has pre-settled status and biometric residence card. We came here in the UK with a EEA family permit granted to my husband.

My husband and I are thinking in bringing my brother-in-law and, if possible, one of my cousins-in-law in order to work, and according what I have read in UK Visas and Immigration, I could apply for a extended family permit to bring them to the UK, but I am not completely sure.

For that reason, I would like to know if I could apply for this extended family permit for both my brother-in-law and my cousin-in-law as well as I previously did for my husband.

Thanks!

Home office policy have changed since last year. only You can * not your husband * but it's not straightforward application anymore.

They are nowadays refusing many application . 1 of the refusal which is very common
