I am very worried, if my French wife get pre settle status, does that obvious mean I get also pre settle status...
Even though my wife national number had been active since April 2012...
And she has been working in UK since April 2012 until now, except June 2015, to August 2016, but my accountant dealing with that with hrmc....
But what I understand, settle status does not require she has to work continuous for five year..
I am very worried and anxious as I do not want pre settle for both of us.....
I do not know why ukba system thought French wife should get pre settle status, but now, I have attached registration certificate of my wife which issued July 2012...
I will get settle status
..
I am Pakistani national with valid non eea permit valid until march 2020..
Thank you

Your wife will get Settled Status for sure. She just need residency proof from 2014 April - 2019 April
You will get Pre Settled status. You need to be married to an EU national for 5 years and live in the Uk after 5 years

French wife application sent on 28.4.19
Got coa on 2.5.19
On 9.5.19.. they want some further evidence to establish if my wife has been in UK for 5 contionous years or not..
They want evidence from June 2015 to August 2016 only..
I will surely have some update from my Solictor regarding this gap, we already have dealt with this gap with hrmc..
I wanted to know if any other documents can I provide ..
She also has blue card, since July 2012,, by ukba..
I have no clue why they still want further documents
Please guide me...

I am not sure she will get settled status if she has been absent for 14 months in a row. If the conditions for settle status are the same as ILR, means that she cannot be outside the UK for more than 6 months in any given 12 month span... and his wife was absent for 14 months... I think her time starts counting in Aug 2016... unless there is a valid excuse for those 14 months...
