Documentation Provided: Marriage Certifiacte translated + apostilled, Divorce certificate from previous marriage, 20 Photos, Chat logs 10 pages, Facebook screenshots about marriage, visit passport stamps, UK Residence proof: Council Tax bill, Bank statements, Payslips (probably not necessary), Letter from Accountant (probably not necessary), non-EU spouce TB scan (probably not necessary), non-eu spouse Birth Certificate translated + apostilled

Documentation Provided: Sponsor passport cetified copy. Settlement status confirmation letter of ILR. Last 6 months bank statements, last 4 year P60s. P45 of last employment in April 2019. Health insurance for both sponsor and applicant, letter of future employment of sponsor. Tenancy agreement. One correspondence letter. University graduation confirmation of sponsor, university transcripts and title confirmation. Sponsor and applicant personal statements. Letter of previous EEA family permit refusal. Wedding contract translated and certified my Ministry of foreign affairs. 30 pages of whatsapp conversations. 25 pictures of wedding, honeymoon and engagement. Flight tickets of five visits to Egypt and honeymoon airplane tickets. Passport of applicant.
