I was hoping, now I get settle stattus, but, I just spoke with solicitor, he said I need 5 years workings record for my wife, I am confused, on govermnent website for settle stattus its, says marriage certificate is enough, ,
I do not have (5) p60 for my wife...

I am becoming crazy....
Plz advise...

Hi treaty right under UK law scheme isn't required for a settled status,ALL u need is to demonstrate that you've been a UK resident for 5years.
