i was just wondering what will happen to non eu national if sponsor left the uk before divorce complete . while married over 3.5 years

You may be okay, provided treaty rights was exercised at time of initiation of divorce.

In principle, retention is possible, but I cannot comment on your particular case, as all matters are confined to their own individual facts.

married in 2015 oct
got residence card in 2017 aug
got pre settled in feb 2019
divorce start in june 2019
eu sponser left end of june after signing the petition.
till all that time above eu national was employed and working.
is it possible for you to comment ??

i have her latest pay slip as well which just turn up today.
