I am having the same issue. i think its because of our pending application with EU Resolution centre.

I was granted Settled Status early this month and I got my biometric resident card last Friday. Very strange indeed.

Hi, my status just changed. But the expiry date is the same as the old one on my current BRP. Check yours and let’s see how it’s going. Thanks. Also , they have uploaded my passport there instead of my picture.

Hello Naa, try again this way.
Have you applied to EU settlement scheme. Say NO
Do u have a biometric residence card . Say Yes
And enter the biometric details and your date of birth.
That’s how mine worked.

I am getting same message so you are not alone. I was granted settled status as well 1 week ago. and I have Biometric card already but online It was working 5 days ago but now It is " We cannot find your status "

Is it working for you ?

Please what does it says if one is granted settled status when you check prove your right to work

Your name and then it says

You can work in the UK

If pre settled there is date/ month

if Settled " there is no time limit how long you can stay in the UK "

If you don't have any decision yet then you can do do ECS .. ask your employer to do employment checking service. You can not use online view and prove your right
