Wrong BRP

Hi all,
Does anyone know what can I do if I have received a wrong BRP after winning the FTT. It’s just getting so frustrating for me, as after a years wait HO sends me a 5 years RC instead of a PR for my application. I have looked on the internet but there is no number to call at all. Also now the question is, how much more time it takes for them to issue the right card and I can finally travel outside UK.
