Non-EU spouse and pre-settled status

Hi. My spouse has an Irish residency card, only a few weeks old. She has been living here in Ireland since October. I am a British citizen.
If we move back to the UK, can she apply for pre-settled status under the settlement scheme? My understanding is that she is eligible but obviously just wanted to check.
