Am new on this site
6.6.2019 we went to TLS and paid for documents to upload. On 21.6 we got refusal as the reason was we didnt provide we are in marriage ( we did submit all documents)
On 3.7 we made new application and sent

Internacional marriage certificate original plus translated on english from certificate translator
Savings of 6000£ for 5 days in UK
Paid hotel and submited reservation confirmation
Our passports
Our pictures from we dated, wedding and everyday
Proof from GOV in Bosnia we are living on same adress resident card
Bills on ourhome adress on our names
Phone calls, msgs, viber between us
Appeal
Adress of our friends that we will visit in UK

As i said on 3.7.2019 we had appoitment on TLS and provided all but sill didnt got any respond from UK abt application is it approved or refusal or from TLS.
Its been 16 days from application. Am gonna freak out. Should i call the or what ?

You can call the UKVI to ask for the status of your application. The call is not free so bear this in mind. By the way, did you get the rejection via email? Or it came with your passport?

I tryed to call them but no respond it cut me off from the line. Tryed 5 times :S when the officer need to answer after i entered my credit card it was on hold line and disconect me... I still did not recieve any email or documents its been 21 day from date of application ( 3.7) getting out of my nerves

I just got them on phone call and they said that decision is made but cant tell me what it is. Just said they will let me know in few days

I have no other choice than wait. Its been 21 day from application and didnt recieve nothing, hope they will approve it

First time ive applyed i got refusal in 10 days on my email. Now i didnt got any email saying anything

I hope it will be granted this time. Where did you apply from?

From sarajevo. I just got email from UKVI and it was surveys only

There is no reason to escalate here as they took a decision.

For UK visas, the only thing they tell you is that they took a decision. The communication is exactly the same if your application was successful or unsuccessful. It's only when you get your passport that you know if there is a visa in it or if there is a refusal letter.

It's stressful. Now you just need to wait for the return of your passport.
