Anyone having issue viewing your EU SETTLEMENT STATUS online

I've been granted EU settled status. I also have Residence card issued under Eu settlement but since few days I can't access my profile online. It says ' WE CAN NOT FIND YOUR STATUS " it may be because your application still in process . I called EU SETTLEMENT TEAM but they told me in their system I've settled status but don't know why not showing online
