I made a spouse visa application in uk and I have cancelled it as I realised that I did not need a visa but needed to apply for pre settled status since my partner is EEA national. I have not attended my biometric appointment, how can I get a refund? Thanks

I'm afraid it's unlikely you will get a refund from the Home Office.

If the application is withdrawn prior to the biometrics appointment date, the fees should be refunded.
