Hi please help I need more info I came to UK from Poland in 2007 In 2010 and 2011 I was sentenced for drink driving Please dont judge me I was going through violent relationships which caused my brain get lost
It was 3 times and from the last one I get Electronic Monitoring for 12 months On my driving licence I only can see the last one which is spend already in 2017
Am I still required to disclose this when I'm applying for a status and what is my chance to get one?
Can I be refused to grant the status and deported?
I've kids here who are going to schools
I haven't done anything apart from what I did in a past
Is there anyone who can help me?

As per guidance, if it's spent (no longer listed) then no need to declare.

Thank you I'm thinking of applying before 31.10.19 and I'll go for not declare anything
