Permanent Residence application and 'careless driving' driving ban

Hi folks,
10 years ago when driving a car I have caused an accident involving a motorbike.
I was then referred to the court that found me guilty of 'driving without due care' and gave me a £200 fine and 3 month driving ban.
This was the first time I drove in the UK, on the other side of the road than I was used to.
Now, the question: if this was so long ago - should I disclose this when applying for permanent residence? Or is it past due date and does not need disclosing?
