EU Settlement Application

I am a mother of an EU child under 16 of age who applied for EU Settlement on the 30th March 2019 as we started living in United Kingdom in 2011. I have not heard from the caseworker for 4 months. So I have contacted the home office regarding my application and have been told that my EU application has no processing time scale. What should I do please.
