BRP Delayed

Hi,
My question is regarding EEA/EFM case. I got letter from HO that you will receive your Residence card (biometric format) in 10 days, ite already been 10 days and I haven’t received it yet. I have seen people on this forum complaining a lot about delayed brp, some ppl receive it inside 2-3 days. Did anyone receive their brp in 6-7-8-days? Because im worried if I didn’t receive it in 10 days i might have to wait longer.
Secondly, the courier haven’t got my email or phone number so how they will notify me about the time and date of delivery? Thanks

If you not at home Currier company will send you letter. They will ask you to choose day for delivery. They send me letter.

Thanks for the reply.. in how many days did you get the letter from the courier? Its been 10 days since I received letter from HO that they will deliver it in 10 days

Based on your previous topic, you received this letter around the beginning of August, correct?? So not 10 working days as yet.
It is 7-10 WORKING days for BRP delivery by the Courier.

Thanks for replying back.. I received HO letter in july.. but my question is did anyone receive the brp more than 2-3 day? I guess it seems from this forum that there is no inbetween either you receive your brp in 2-3 days or it takes months to arrive..

Hi All,
I didn’t receive my biometric card in 10 working days, my question is should i email and fill the online form both at same time? I emailed home office on given email address already. Should i fill the online form on home office website? Or just the email would be enough?

Hi
Check your last HO letter there should be an email address in the letter, email all your details if it exceeded 10 workings days.

Hi! I have a similar issue. I have used a legal representative for my case. The legal representative informed me that my application has been approved by the HO on the 31st July 2019. Although, i still haven't received my BRP. I am hoping that my BRP hasnt been posted to the address in the application. The legal guys are telling me that not possible.. it will be delivered to their address. Dont know what to do. Any idea anyone?

I got same issue its been over 15 working days, i did emailed them but didn’t get reply yet. Tell your solicitor to call them directly

They will send your brp/brc to your address as you need to sign for it. If you gave correspondence address then they might send it to your solicitor but i still doubt it

Infact going through a solicitor is useless. They just add another middle person in between. They have no access to the home office. All they did for me was put in an online request using the link.
Is there anyone who has received their BRP between 10 - 15 days?

I’m curious too because i seen on this platform that people getting their cards within two days or its getting delayed there is no inbetween

Nope! Today is the 13th working day. Will have to wait it out i suppose. I am yet to find someone who has received their BRP between 10-15 days without escalations to the home office.
I find this very strange.

Couple of my friends did receive in 2-4 working days, but seen on this forum lots of people complaining about their cards getting delayed.

Hi I won my apeal as extended family member last month 23rd jullu and I got decision 31st July and home office didn't challenge the division in 14 days.
My solicitor told me they will send me grant letter and card and it will take 4 to 6 weeks.

Do u have any idea how long it will.
They will send me card in 2 3 weeks or they can take long ? Because in my case court was involved

I don’t have an exact idea but you should receive your brp in 3-4 weeks
