Marriage before or after brexit.

My fiancee is African on tier 2 visa until 2022 and I'm EU citizen with pre-settlement status, both living in the UK. Now my question is if we get married after 31.october.2019 can she still get settlement status as my wife? Or we need to get married before the date.

My understanding is that EEA routes for family members will be open in any case until end 2020
However, there is a lot of uncertainty around these things. A no deal Brexit with a crises with the EU can lead to anything.

Thank you for the information, I am still not sure to hurry it up or not. There is so much information out there so confused.
