Return of documents

Hi everyone finally after almost 2 years of legal battle with HO. Ive received my visa as an unmarried partner of an EEA person.
I still have my passport with HO From my previous application (flr ho) which was applied last year
August. 2018. Which was refused on May 2019 .
So me and my girlfriend we applied for Eea qp application providing them plenty of evidence of living together for last 3 years On June 12th 2019 .
They accepted my expired passport while giving biometric .
And with in month I got my residence card .
My question is why they are not sending me my passport back . I have also filled the form for the return of documents. And it's been over a month I havent heard anything from them .
Is there any number to call them directly?
