I am needing advise. I have flr(fp) after a failed UKRC application via Surinder Singh. Can I possibly apply for EU presettlement status? Flr(fp) is a very expensive route
Thank you!

What is your immigration history and what were the reasons for read RC refusal?

My apology. I am new to this forum and I'm not familiar with how things are done.
To answer your question: Got refused for circumventing and col issues. No criminal convictions whatsoever.

If you are married to the childs father then it is unlikely that Zambrano would not apply to you. You are not the primary and sole carer of a British child.

Zambrano cases
The primary carer of a British citizen child or dependent adult, where requiring the
primary carer to leave the UK would force that British citizen to leave the European
Economic Area (EEA).
Also the fact that you have been granted a visa route to remain in the UK is in line with the recent Zambrano changes in HOs documents, see page 53 in link above.

Thank you for the reply. You are right. Also, I've done some reading and Appendix EU says that to be
accepted for settled status, a Zambrano carer has to be "without leave
to enter or remain in the UK granted under another part of these Rules". So if a Zambrano carer attained a visa under the fm rules, then he/she won't be eligible.
So I am thinking, FLR(FP) is under UK immigration rule, don't you think it will disqualify me from EU settlement scheme? Even if we've done the surinder singh?
