I man newbie in this forum, please I need information on how what document I need to provide to apply for settled status.

Below is a little about me:

Marriage to EU wife November 2012

Residence card of EU Family member. : FEB 2014-2019

Divorce with decree absolute Issued. DEC 2018

RETAINED RIGHT OF RESIDENCE BASED ON DIVORCE: GRANTED IN JULY 2019 TO 2024

My question now is can I apply straight for settled or pre-settled status and what document do I need to apply

Yes you can apply for sattle status you would need your national insurance number , divorce document , your residence card and if they need more evidence they will ask you straight after you applying
