I'm applying for settled status as partner of EU citizen. I'm not sure what to answer with the question regarding ILR:

The question asks have you ever had ILR in the past? Yes or No.
Then it goes on to say something like, only answer yes if you have not lost your ILR or it has not been revoked.

I have had ILR but was out the country for 5 years and came back on a new visa.
But answering NO is not correct, because I have had ILR.
Not sure what to do?

What documents are required for the ukvcas appointment?

The only mandatory document listed is the identity document used for my application (passport).
Should I also upload all my documents on ukvcas that I already uploaded through the EU Settlement scheme application, my proof of relationship and proof of residence documents?

Any help with this will be greatly appreciated? Thanks
