Hi,
I just moved from Itlay to UK, my EEA family member visa is expiring on 18th Sept. I have applied for pre settlement. Now waiting for bio metric appointment. I want to ask, in the mean time I have to renew my EEA Family member visa as well? What if my pre settlement rejected? What will be my options then?
Thanks

Hi,
So you are non-EEA and have EEA FP?
From what I know, you can apply within the validity of your visa (what you did). If you going to get refusal, you can appeal to it. Else, you shall reapply for EEA FP outside of the UK, reenter UK and apply again for residency card
If I'm wrong, corrections welcomed

Thanks, I have Pakistani passport but my husband is EEA member.
One more question, My husband and kids are EEA members. My husband have applied for pre settlement. My kids also need to apply for pre settlement before Brexit?
Thanks

yes, your husband can easily apply for your kids (I assume you have common kids). They have until 31/12/2020 to apply (or till 30/06/2021 with a deal Brexit).
This is the information on gov.uk website - I find it pretty useful
