HELLO AND VERY GOOD EVENING
My question is : Im an eu national with settled status ( EU settlement scheme) My mother who is a Non EU citizen ( from india ) came to the uk on EEA Family permit which is valid for six months.
I want to know which document should i apply for her residence in the uk
N.1) Residence card for family memeber of EEA national
OR
N.2) Apply through EU settlement scheme for presettled status

Please help me it will be highly apprecciated.

Congratulations, have you applied for her or not yet? My mother also got the EU family permit from Pakistan for 6 month and she is expecting in first week of next month. I have discussed with 2 lawyers both advice me to apply under EU settlement scheme which is easy and rapid.
If you already done please share your experience about its outcome.Thanks
