Hello,

I am looking for some advice. I am a UK Citizen (born and bred). My first cousin from Pakistan wants to get a visa to the UK using the EU Family Permit scheme, he has been telling me that is really simple and striaght forward.

It is really that simple? I just want some advice on whether it can be done.

Your Cousin need to do bit more research on EEA FAMILY PERMIT. it's for EU citizen * French / Polish * living in the UK not British living in the UK

You are not classed as EU citizen, so you can only get someone EU family or extended permit outside UK. Like an Italian can use his derivative rights in any country but italy.
If you move to spain or any other EU state start working then yes, but even then for cousins i dont believe it will be easy.
