Hi Everyone,
I have a BRP card on the Eu spouse basis, I reviewed in 2018, today I check my Right to work online but it says “we can’t show your Record”you will need to provide to your employer by showing A Residence card,
I am very shocked today, I haven’t applied any Application or any file,my expiry is due on 2023, please help me with your experience, I will be really appericiate your help.

Right to work its only if you have applied for sattlment scheme and your application was successfully then you can check your right to work online!

Every one can check them status online,even Tier 4, I kknew someone who gotcurtailment abc it’s clear saying everything on them web.

This is TECHNICAL ISSUE. you need to report to the Home Office and they will fix this for you . You are not alone. Many people had same issue.

Yes, I got Pre-Setleed status in June, and this is showing that I have the right to work until June 2024, which is 5 years from the date I got Pre-Settled status, which makes sense. For the sake of experience, I tried both ways: Ticking that I had status under the settlement scheme; then later ticking that I did not have one. It did not matter which option I ticked, it worked both ways as it bases it's results on BRC number anyway.

So if you already applied and got Settled/Pre-settled status you should be getting the same result. Is it not the case? Maybe you typed your BRC/BRP number wrong?

I typed correct number, I checked many times,I am gonna addadditonal story here, I had break up for a while with my partner in past and there was domestic violence was involved and end up with community order, but after some month we conclile and living more happily now, we got a child 3 year, I am really panicking after seeing this, I really don’t know yet what to do, my wife is aldo got worried about this, any senior member please help me here.my another friend got curtailed visa and he left country, when he checked online he got same thing” CANT SHOW YOUR RECORD”

- We can't find your record on the system
- No record found

i had same issue for 45 days /// . i complained 3/4 times then they fixed it
