EEA FAMILY PERMIT

Hi everyone,
I am a British citizen live in Germany with my wife and three children.
I applied for uk family permit for my wife in UK Visas Center in Düsseldorf, However I received an email from UK Visas and immigration on 07/08/2019 to confirm that a refusal has been overturned and required my wife passport to process next stage.
We submitted my wife passport on 08/08/2019 in Düsseldorf, we still not heard any news from UKVI regarding process time and when they will return it.
Does anyone has any idea about this situation and give me some information please .
