To do what job exactly for a courier company?

You also cannot switch to tier 2 within the UK. You have to apply from your home country.

Yes as a courier the contract says I can make up to 50k per year I know I wonโ€™t be making that much but I think it will help if I apply for the visa.
I want to become independent to start my life Iโ€™m really tired 3 more years to goo any ideas

You cannot be sponsored for a tier 2 general worker as a courier driver, which is mostly a self employed type position, which is not permitted on tier 2 general.

For tier 2 general, it must be a highly skilled job at RQF Level 6 with a specified income as an employee for the sponsor only on PAYE.

Correct. Unless there is any other visa you might qualify for, but a work visa like tier 2, isn't one of them.
