Hi,
Im mother(primary carer) of 2 british children living in pakistan(non eu country)I got refused eea family permit from pakistan under zambrano route..as eco says british child has to be in uk(under eu regulation 16(5) ,when I can apply under this route.
but in same eu regulation 11(5e) says primary carer can apply eea permit to admit in uk as long her intention is to accompanying with british child.this paragraph eco completely ignored.
Im appealing against this refusal.Anyone had similer experience?or applied eea permit under zambrano route?

I am not sure why the entry clearance says that, as regulation 12(2), clearly envisage circumstances like yours, where a person will be entitled to admission upon arrival by virtue of Regulation 11(5).

Do you know anyone applied under similer route?and their outcome?
