Lost of permanent residence card BPR

I lost my PR in about a month ago I later found it but it has already been cancelled so to apply for replacement one do I have to do I have to start from the beginning I have seen about 85 pages forms online I'm confused and it says I can't not apply on online as I'm not applying it with my my ex wife which she EE Citizen is there any help please
And 2 is ZAMBRANO still a exists for a mother who is looking after her child who has a British passport?

Hi mate. I am in the same situation. But from what I understand you don’t actually need your EEA partner to support your eea4 replacement card. And you only fill in about for 4 sections on the application form. I hope this helps. Cheers
