I have question about the pre settled status, ive applied for the settlement and they give me pre settled status because I've been married only for 3 years, i called them and said ive been in relationship with my wife for more than 5 years but they said its only counting the years you been married not from the beginning of the relationship . Can you help me if I can change it to settled status not pre settled.

Then your time starts counting from date of marriage. You had no automatic rights in the UK as an unmarried partner of an EU citizen.

When I reach 5 years is it possible to apply for the British passport as well or i need to wait for my settled status first and then apply for British passport.

You need Settled status first and then you have to wait 1 year on Settled status before you can apply for citizenship if your spouse is not British.

You also need 10 years of no overstay or illegal working etc to meet the Good Character requirement for citizenship.

I think you have to wait 10 years from MARRIAGE DATE for BRITISH CITIZENSHIP ...
